Imagine a dystopic world where medical technology has reached a highly advanced level. A place where healthcare services are largely privatized and dominated by large pharmaceutical corporations. 

Thanks to technological advances, these companies have developed methods that allow them to intervene directly inside the human body through miniaturization and internal exploration procedures. These operations are extremely complex and dangerous, making the medical teams highly qualified specialists. 

You, Doc, work for one of these companies. A powerful and aggressive organization that appears to operate using unethical practices, prioritizing profits and financial gain over the well-being of patients. 

Your mission is to enter the body of an infected patient to obtain samples of a strange virus lodged in his throat. However, during the mission, you suffer an accident that leaves you trapped inside the body and makes you lose all communication with your team outside. You soon discover that the virus is far more dangerous than they had anticipated. 

While the lab struggles to contain the outbreak, you must explore the patient’s body in search of information and samples that will allow them to develop a cure. Your only hope is to find a way to send that data to the outside world before the virus spreads out of control.
